Irrigation system construction at Saramthali, Naukunda Rural Municipality-4, Rasuwa

With the prime objective of providing irrigation facility to the vegetable growers of Naukunda Rural Municipality-4, Rasuwa targeting 80 HHs of Saramthali, an irrigation system named as Padhera Khola Sinchai Yojana was well established and the irrigation system now is irrigating 3.16 ha land of 87 households. The ‘Padhera Khola Irrigation System’ has been decided to be operated sustainably in the subordination of a local cooperative named Baikuntha Agriculture Cooperative, along with 10 membered Repair and Maintenance Committee.
